Legal aid programs are starting to use technology that enables and facilitates remote work flows between the lawyer and the client. This session will describe some of the strides made utilizing staff and pro bono attorneys and will focus on how document co-production through LawHelpInteractive Connect can enable pro bono programs and legal aid groups to bridge time and distance gaps with online forms.
