LSC's 2019 Innovations in Technology Conference

Given the use of podcasts and YouTube videos as resources for learning, several legal aid programs are asking how can e-learning bolster training programs to improve staff, pro bono, and client education? E-learning can take many forms, such as stand-alone modules or part of a blended learning approach. Key questions in choosing an e-learning system include: how will training be delivered, what should the content be, how and by whom will content be created, and in what format(s). Once developed, how, and who, will maintain and financially sustain it? Panelists will share lessons learned, including their experience in building courses, factors to consider when selecting e-learning platforms, and what you can do to add an e-learning component to your trainings.
