This session will highlight lessons learned from designing, prototyping, and implementing projects using the leading open-source, expert-system technology. Representatives from New Mexico Legal Aid, the Florida Justice Technology Center, and Greater Boston Legal Services will share their experiences using Docassemble to enhance the delivery of legal services in their communities. This session will provide practical takeaways and insights, including: best practices for prototyping your project; pitfalls to avoid when launching a project; iterating effectively after launch; and measuring the impact of your project.
