Feedback form is now closed.
There is a huge disconnect between the nonprofit legal field and the utilization of evaluation methods and practices that are commonplace in other social service practice areas. The field of evaluation has developed systematic methods and approaches that can be used to inform decision-making. When we think about what evaluation is and how it is operationalized, we can quickly become bogged down in jargon that leads to more confusion and an inability to create a shared language around what we are really trying to get at. In this session, panelists will provide attendees with easy-to-implement evaluation methods and tools and share examples of evaluation methods successfully applied in the legal aid context. Attendees will also learn about the Evaluation Feedback Project and how they can easily participate to receive valuable and free advice to improve their own evaluation instruments.
