A2J Author allows anyone to automate a document or legal process with a tool that is accessible, well tested, and designed specifically for self-represented litigants. It has been used over 4.5 million times since 2005. This hands-on session will allow attendees to try out document automation and see how easy it is for non- programmers to create an A2J Guided Interview and an A2J Template. A2J Author’s interface is simple enough for new users to rapidly pick up the skills necessary to create complex document assembly packages. During the session, attendees will get a quick tutorial on the software, dive into a sample exercise, and try it out themselves. Panelists will also talk about the options for hosting your own A2J Guided Interviews and A2J Templates, including easy-to-use self-hosting instructions, the brand new a2j.org hosted solution, or with LawHelp Interactive. Make sure to bring your laptop!
