Jack Dailey

Jack Dailey is a 2004 graduate of the USD School of Law, where he participated in the academic program of the Center for Public Interest Law and the Children's Advocacy Institute.  After graduating from law school, Jack was awarded an Equal Justice Works fellowship for his legal outreach program to homeless and disabled San Diegans, called the Disabled Homeless Outreach Project.  This innovative "street level" legal project helped thousands of homeless San Diegans with physical and mental health disabilities access legal assistance and assert their rights. Following his EJW Fellowship ended in 2006, Jack was hired as a staff attorney at Legal Aid Society within its public benefits team, and was then promoted to Senior Attorney in 2010.  Jack is currently the Senior Attorney within the Consumer Center for Health, Education and Advocacy (Consumer Center) at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Jack supervises the legal work of the Consumer Center, which assists low income and disabled San Diegans access health coverage and ensures those with coverage can access needed treatments and services.
