Kenneth Elliott is the Webmaster, IT Support Specialist and Template Developer at South Carolina Legal Services (SCLS).

Joining SCLS in 2009, Kenneth has been lending his expertise in the latest web development and marketing technology trends and strategies. He is also an experienced HotDocs and A2J template developer helping to construct South Carolina's official online automated forms. Kenneth spends his quality time with his family and is a fitness enthusiast.

Kenneth Elliott has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from the University of South Carolina. His professional skills include full-stack development (including Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP), WordPress development, JavaScript and web design. He is a member of the LawHelp Interactive group, LawHelp Website Coordinators, Automated Document Assembly, A2J Author group and a member of SCLS’ Technology Committee.
