Melissa Nolte, PhD, has been involved in the evolution of the Kansas Legal Services (KLS) websites for over 15 years, including the public site, a groups site for staff and a site for Kansas pro bono attorneys. She has been instrumental in updating the public website to make it a useful, organic resource for low income Kansans. A researcher and writer for over 30 years, Melissa has written hundreds of grant proposals and evaluation studies for a wide range of nonprofit programs in law, special education, public health and social service.
