Samuel J. DiGrino is a graduate of Winona State University and The John Marshall Law School. Since 2007 he has worked for Prairie State Legal Services, first as a staff attorney in the Waukegan office, then as Director of the Legal Help for Homeowners Project. Sam is currently the managing attorney of Prairie State's Waukegan office, where he focuses on housing law and school issues.
