Dorna Moini
HelpSelf Founder
Los Angeles, California
Dorna is the founder of HelpSelf, a no-code document automation tool allowing legal aid to create powerful platforms to streamline repetitive work - without the help of a developer. The software has been called the "easiest document assembly tool" and it takes just 10 minutes to learn. HelpSelf also creates custom software tools for courts and legal clinics.
Prior to starting HelpSelf, Dorna was a litigator at Sidley Austin LLP, where her pro bono work with domestic violence survivors led her to start HelpSelf.
Starting Fall 2019, Dorna will teach the Legal Innovations Lab at USC Gould School of Law. Dorna has a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics from NYU.
