Tim Baran is the Technology Innovation Manger at Pro Bono Net. Prior to joining Pro Bono Net he served as a Law Firm Library Director, Chief Marketing Officer for a legal marketing agency, and writer and editor for an online legal magazine and a legal technology startup. He also founded a continuing legal education consultancy and hosted a justice podcast. In his role at Pro Bono Net, Tim works closely with legal services, community-based organizations, and technology partners, to build and mange initiatives that leverage technology and innovation to expand access to legal assistance for communities in need and strengthen collaboration within the civil justice sector in New York. Tim was named to the 2016 Fastcase 50 honoring the law’s innovators, visionaries, techies, and leaders.
