Hi, everyone. Welcome to New Orleans and Happy Holidays (the holiday season in Louisiana isn't really over until Mardi Gras).
I'm the new leader of our Litigation Unit (one of four substantive-law units in our firm), which is a general practice focusing on bankruptcy, collection defense, consumer law, eviction defense, foreclosure defense, guardianships, probate and wills. Our organization serves 42 parishes (counties), and I'm looking forward to increasing my IT knowledge and skills in order to improve our service delivery in this far-flung area. I'm a 1987 graduate of Southern University Law Center and have been with our firm since 1996 following private practice in the Shreveport and Baton Rouge areas. I'm a member of our statewide Consumer, Elder and Housing law task forces and a board member of our local anti-poverty agency, the Cenla Community Action Committee.
